
Rangers blow out Storm 8-1

Kitchener, ON: The Rangers outshot the Guelph Storm 54-18 tonight before a crowd of 5,478 at The Aud enroute to a convincing 8-1 win.
Tim Priamo potted his 5th goal of the season to put the Storm on top while on a power play at 4:22 of the first period.
In the second period Victor Oreskovich opened the Rangers scoring beating Thomas McCollum for his 7th goal of the season at 4:11. Kevin Henderson added his 8th goal of the season to put the Rangers up 2-1 after forty minutes.
The Rangers blew the game wide open in the third period with six goals. Brian Soso (3), Yves Bastien (4), Yannick Weber (5), Victor Oreskovich (8), Kevin Henderson (9) and Adam Zamec (1) all scored in the period.
John Murray was solid when tested turning aside 17 of the 18 shots he faced improving his season record to 13-3-0-1.
Storm starting goalie Thomas McCollum, the OHL's leader in GAA, was chased from the crease after allowing five goals..
The Rangers next home game is Friday, November 24th against the Plymouth Whalers. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
