
Rangers Acquire Zamec From Toronto

Kitchener, ON: Rangers Head Coach & General Manager Peter DeBoer announced this morning that the team has acquired left winger Adam Zamec from the Toronto St. Michael's Majors.
In exchange for the rights to the six foot Zamec the Rangers have sent their 3rd round pick in the 2008 OHL Priority Selection to Toronto.
Originally the Majors 2nd round pick (27th overall) in the 2005 OHL Draft from the London Jr. Knights, Zamec played in 60 games last season notching 8 points (2G, 6A) and 39 penalty minutes.
