Radio Recon's Ready for Some Familiar Faces
March 21, 2016 - ECHL (ECHL)
Reading Royals News Release
Sinking Spring, PA - The Reading Royals cordially invite you to join us tomorrow night (Tuesday, March 22, 2016) from 6 - 7 pm at Jimmy G's Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA; 610-678-1177) for Radio Recon, the Royals' weekly radio show.
If ever two guys were built for a playoff push, Ian Watters and Nikita Kashirsky would certainly fit that bill. Over the years we've had the pleasure of watching Ian's unique brand of Tasmanian devil-like puck pursuit, which seems to only become even more effective when the game gets tough. And if you need a big goal at a big moment, there are few guys you'd rather have the puck on his stick than Nikita-he's got that certain knack of finding pay-dirt just when you're feeling flat broke. We'll talk with both of these guys about the big games looming in the not too distant future-and how the Royals can not only get to the playoffs, but also thrive there....On a more serious note, we'll also take a moment to speak with Alexy Posner about the fundraising effort for mental wellness at this Friday's matchup with the Manchester Monarchs.
As always, we welcome any and all comments and questions from the fans at Radio Recon. We might also come up with a little crazy trivia and giveaways for those who participate in the show. Royals Radio Recon will be broadcast live on the Royals Broadcast Network (CBS Sports Radio 1240 am and 98.5 fm in Reading).
