
Rachel Platten Performs Postgame Concert on October 22

St. Petersburg, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2016) - Singer Rachel Platten, whose inspirational, empowering "Fight Song" became the summer anthem of 2015, will perform Saturday, Oct. 22 at Al Lang Stadium, following the Tampa Bay Rowdies' final game of the season.
The show - part of the Rowdies' Fan Appreciation Night - will begin at approximately 10 p.m., after the post-game fireworks.
"Fight Song" topped iTunes and radio charts, and selling more than 2 million downloads in the U.S. alone.
"I'm in love with the idea of connecting people," says Platten, whose best-known songs also include "Better Place" and "Stand By You." "Bringing people together is to me, the most important thing we can do in this life. I feel like that's my mission with my music. I think that's why I'm getting this chance right now."
The concert is included in the price of a ticket to the Rowdies match. Concert-only tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster for $25 plus tax, starting at noon today. A special family four pack of tickets is available for $75 plus tax.
