Waterloo Black Hawks News Release
Waterloo, Iowa""The Waterloo Black Hawks and Lincoln Stars each return to Clark Cup Playoff action during a head-to-head series which begins in Nebraska on Friday, the United States Hockey League has announced.
The set will open at the Ice Box on April 15th.
Waterloo and Lincoln were separated by just two competition points in the 2015/16 USHL standings. In a dead-even regular season series, each team won two of the four head-to-head contests, with both sides scoring the same number of aggregate goals (11). The Hawks and Stars missed the 2015 Clark Cup playoffs; Waterloo's last postseason tilt was Game Five of the 2014 Clark Cup Championship Series, while Lincoln last played beyond the regular season in 2012.
The complete schedule is listed below:
Game 1: Friday, 4/15 at 7:05 p.m. at the Ice Box
