Providence Bruins Fall to Worcester Sharks 3-1

Providence, R.I. - The Providence Bruins took on the Worcester Sharks at 3:05PM at the Dunk for their third game of 2015.

The Worcester Sharks and the Providence Bruins came out strong in the first. Providence had 11 shots on goal while Worcester was only behind by 1 with 10 shots on goal. The Sharks got on the board first thanks to a goal from #40 Riley Brace at the 15:14 mark with the assists going to Taormina and Bonneau.

The Providence Bruins entered the second period eager to take the lead; however, the Worcester Sharks were ready to gain some insurance goals and increased their lead to three. Langlois scored for the Sharks at the 14:25 mark and Tierney scored the team's third goal of the night just minutes later at the 16:55 mark.

The Providence Bruins entered the third desperate to get on the board. Just 1:09 into the period, Justin Florek scored the P-Bruins only goal of the night with the assists going to Lindblad and Trotman. The Providence Bruins pulled Malcolm Subban from the goal at the 19:08 mark. The P-Bruins outshot the Worcester Sharks 16-7 in the third making the game total 35 shots on goal for each team. Despite a strong effort through the third, the Providence Bruins fell to the Worcester Sharks 3-1.
