
Islanders Reassign Leduc to Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The New York Islanders announced today that defenseman Loic Leduc has been reassigned from the Stockton Thunder of the East Coast Hockey League to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League.
Leduc, 20, has appeared in 25 games for Stockton, notching three goals and one assist to go along with 38 penalty minutes. This is his first call-up to the AHL.
Taken in the fourth round, 103 rd overall of the 2012 National Hockey League Entry Draft, Leduc had spent the previous four years in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles and Rimouski Oceanic.
