
Procedures and Ticket Info for December 18

Moncton Wildcats News Release
Following the new restrictions introduced by the Government of New Brunswick on Monday afternoon, below are the details in regards to our upcoming home game on December 18th vs. Halifax.
Season Seat Members
In compliance with new restrictions which include 50% capacity, along with social distancing - the building will revert to pod seating for the time being.
This includes the following details:
Due to the fact that we are unable to move and re-print season tickets with the timeline given, season seats will be suspended until we are out of any limited capacity format.
Season Seat Holders will need to purchase a new ticket (online only) for the upcoming game at www.ticketmaster.ca
Tickets will be available for sale on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. - sales will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis for best available seating.
Pricing as follows: Adult/ Senior = $22 | Student/ Youth $15 (tax & fees included).
Pod seating will range from 1-4 seats.
Season Seat Holders will receive a credit at the end of the season, (similar to last year) for the number of games played in this limited capacity format.
Please note that unused season ticket redemption will not be available until we are out of any limited capacity format.
Club Seat Members (Platinum & Gold Included)
Club Seat Members will receive an email in regards to seating for the upcoming game and the details on how to purchase. These tickets will also have a maximum pod availability of four.
Please note that due to the latest restrictions and timelines we are working with, the Lounsbury Club Lounge will be closed for the upcoming game on December 18th.
Individual Tickets Already Purchased
For those who have already purchased an individual/ walk-up ticket for December 18th game - this ticket will no longer be valid as is it not part of the new social distancing format.
Online Purchase
If you purchased your ticket online directly through Ticketmaster and paid by credit card, you will receive an automatic refund and email from Ticketmaster without having to request a refund. (Please note this could take up to 30 days to process). If you still wish to attend the game, you will need to go online to www.ticketmaster.ca to purchase a new seat in our social distancing format - tickets will go on sale Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m.
Subaru Of Moncton Box Office Purchase
For those who purchased tickets at the Subaru of Moncton Box Office and paid debit or cash, you will need to return to the point of sale to receive your refund.
***Please note that these in person refunds will not be available this weekend. They can be done beginning next week (Mon/Tue/Wed from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) or following the holiday break.
If you still wish to attend the game, you will need to go online to www.ticketmaster.ca to purchase a new seat in our social distancing format - tickets will go on sale Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m.
Voucher/ Flex Redemption
For anyone who used a flex ticket or voucher to redeem for a complimentary ticket to the December 18th - these will not be valid as they are not part of the new social distancing format.
If you still wish to attend the game, you will need to go online to www.ticketmaster.ca to purchase a new seat in our social distancing format - tickets will go on sale Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m.
We will provide you with a new flex ticket to replace this complimentary game ticket you already redeemed.
Please note the new flex ticket provided will not be available to use until we are out of any limited capacity format.
Starting on December 21st you can bring your Dec 18th game ticket (printed or electronic) to the Roar Store and we will provide you with a flex ticket.
Times are as follows: Dec 21 & 22nd 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Dec 23rd 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
When you come in for the ticket exchange, both the mobile and printed tickets will have a code on them, indicating that your ticket was purchased using a voucher or flex ticket.
Building Details
Please read below the rules and regulations the building will follow in compliance with Public Health and the NB Government protocols.
Proof of full vaccination & Government ID is required upon entry for all patrons 12 & older
Masks must be worn at all times in the Avenir Centre unless actively consuming food or beverage while seated.
Please remember to practice social distancing while inside the building and comply with signage and capacity numbers.
Door will continue to open 60 minutes in advance of puck drop for all in attendance.
The building will revert to a one directional concourse during this limited capacity phase.
Please note, concessions that have been open this season will continue to operate.
