FC Tulsa News Release
TULSA - Three home matches remain and FC Tulsa still has everything to play for. Trailing Austin Bold FC by two points for the last playoff spot, but preserving a match-in-hand, FC Tulsa is set for a showdown with San Antonio FC at ONEOK Field on Saturday night.
FC Tulsa remains in control of its own destiny going into the match as wins in its final three (or possibly four) regular season matches would clinch a playoff spot. Saturday's opponent will be a tough test as San Antonio FC comes into Tulsa with the best record in the USL Championship and in line for the No. 1 overall seed.
Kickoff at ONEOK Field is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.
ABOUT SAN ANTONIO FC
San Antonio FC is currently the class of the USL Championship. With a 10W-1L-3D record, SAFC has the best record and most points in the league. It has already clinched the top seed in Group D and could clinch the No. 1 overall seed with wins in its final two matches. That No. 1 overall seed would mean the USL Championship would run through San Antonio.
