
PrairieThunder announces time change for New Year's Eve contest

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Bloomington PrairieThunder officials announced today that the start time for Sunday's New Year's Eve contest against the Rockford Icehogs has been changed to 4:05 p.m.
The original start time for the PrairieThunder game was 6:05 p.m., but PrairieThunder officials decided to make the change to accommodate Chicago Bears' fans. The NFL announced recently that the Bears game with Green Bay on Sunday will start at 7:15 p.m.
The change in time should allow Bears and Packers fans to attend the PrairieThunder game, then watch the football game. Fans are welcome to watch the football game in the Corn Palace Restaurant.
PrairieThunder officials also announced that the U.S. Cellular Coliseum ticket office will be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30.
Tickets for all PrairieThunder hockey fans can be purchased at the ticket office or by going on-line at uscellularcoliseum.com.
