CHARLESTON, WV (August 14, 2006) - The West Virginia Power, Class A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers have made another roster move.
Today, left handed pitcher Brandon Parillo was added to the Power roster. The move gives them 25 active players, they had been playing with 24 over the last two weeks.
Parillo spent the beginning of the season with the Power, and had a record of 1-0 with an ERA of 9.31 over seven games. Parillo comes to West Virginia from Helena where he went 3-3 with a 3.77 ERA over 12 appearances.
The Power will begin a four game series against the Hickory Crawdads at Appalachian Power Park on Tuesday night. Right hander Michael Crotta (0-0, 0.00) will make the start for Hickory and the Power will counter with left hander Julian Cordero (1-0, 7.04). The first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
