December 14, 2015 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Chicago Wolves News Release

The Chicago Wolves announced Monday that rookie center Zach Pochiro has been reassigned to the team from the Quad City Mallards (ECHL) by the St. Louis Blues (NHL).

This marks the 21-year-old Pochiro's third stint of the season with the Wolves, though he has yet to appear in a game. The 6-foot-1, 178-pound center has spent the rest of the 2015-16 season with Quad City, where he has produced 6 goals and 8 assists in 21 games.

This is the St. Louis native's first full season as a professional. He posted 61 goals and 86 assists in 169 games for the Prince George Cougars (WHL) to cap his amateur career. He also has 4 career assists and 13 penalty minutes to show for late-season runs with the ECHL's Kalamazoo Wings and Alaska Aces.

The Wolves travel to Milwaukee for an Amtrak Rivalry contest at 7 p.m. Tuesday before returning to Allstate Arena for a four-game homestand. This set of games features Epilepsy Awareness Night, presented by Heidenhain, at 7 p.m. Saturday. The first 2,500 fans receive a T-shirt, courtesy of Heidenhain, and fans have a chance to bid on the commemorative Epilepsy Awareness Night jerseys.
