San Angelo, Texas--Colts fans, come out to Foster Field for the start of the 2009 playoffs! San Angelo's postseason tickets are now available for purchase. The first-place squad has already clinched a berth and be sure to reserve the seats you want before they are gone.
Each playoff game at Foster Field will feature $1 beers and hot dogs, $2 aluminum bottles of beer and $2 sodas.
There are two rounds of playoffs in the United League; in the first round, the number one seed squares off against the third ranked opponent. The other series features the team with the second best record matching up versus the fourth. In the preliminary round, the lower seed hosts game one and the higher seed will compete at home during game two, and game three, if necessary.
The ULB championship is projected to be a best-of-five. The squad with the lower record will host games one and two. Higher seeding takes precedence as the team with the better mark earns game three, and game four and/or five if necessary, at home.
