
Pittsburgh\'s ESPN Radio 1250 to broadcast Nailers playoff games

WHEELING, WV âThe Wheeling Nailers are excited to announce that due to their on-ice success, Pittsburgh's ESPN Radio 1250 will air all of the Nailers Kelly Cup Playoff games.
"We are extremely excited about being aired in the Pittsburgh market, this is a great opportunity for playoff hungry fans to follow the Nailers and their run for the Kelly Cup", said Nailers Co-President Rob Brooks
"We at ESPN 1250 AM are fans of great hockey and the Nailers are playing great hockey. ESPN is proud to join the Nailers for their playoff run starting Thursday night against Reading at 7PM. We plan on carrying all the Nailers playoff games as they drive for the Kelly Cup." "I've personally witnessed the passion, speed, and intensity of Nailers hockey and look forward to bringing it to the Pittsburgh airwaves." Said Dennis Begley the President-General Manager of ESPN 1250 AM in Pittsburgh.
ESPN Radio 1250 delivers the second largest cumulative AM radio listening audience in Pittsburgh, delivering to over 104,000 listeners.
The Nailers start the Kelly Cup Playoffs Thursday April 8th at 7 PM and Friday April 9th at 7:30 PM. Playoff packages and individual playoff game tickets are now on sale, individual game tickets range from $12-$15 and five game packages run from $55-$70.
