LHP Anthony Vasquez (3-0, 2.86) will be on the bump for the Pigs on Saturday. Vasquez got a no-decision on Monday vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre when he allowed two runs on six hits to go along with three walks and four strikeouts in 4.0 IP. In all 10 starts with Lehigh Valley this season, the southpaw has left with the lead or with the game tied.
RHP Chris Leroux (8-10, 4.28) gets the ball for Buffalo opposite Vasquez. Leroux was tagged with the loss on Monday at Charlotte when he surrendered three runs on nine hits while walking three and fanning three in 6.2 IP. The right-hander is 0-1 with a 10.24 ERA in two starts against the Pigs this season and has allowed 11 runs in 9.2 IP.
After tossing 2.2 perfect innings on Friday night, IronPigs LHP Joely Rodriguez has now retired 13 straight batters over his last two outings.
