Phoenix's Angel Suspended Three Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Phoenix
defenseman Brett
Angel for three games and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result
of his actions in ECHL Game #783 against Victoria on Mar. 16.
Angel is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental
Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and
the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the
ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Angel will miss Phoenix's games against Fresno (Mar. 18), against Fresno
(Mar. 20) and at Las Vegas (Mar. 23).
