
Phoenix Suns Recall Gani Lawal from Energy

DES MOINES, IA, December 20, 2010- The Phoenix Suns have recalled forward Gani Lawal from his assignment with the Iowa Energy. Lawal, a 6 ¬â¢9 ¬Â forward, averaged 11.2 points and 6.0 rebounds in ten games with Iowa.
The Energy have added guard Jason Bohannon to their roster to replace Lawal. Bohannon, who starred at Linn-Mar High School prior to attending the University of Wisconsin, was with the Energy during training camp before being waived.
Bohannon averaged 11.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game during his senior season at Wisconsin. The 6 ¬â¢3 ¬Â guard shot 38.9% from 3-point range during his final collegiate campaign.
The Energy return home for games on Thursday, December 23rd and Saturday, December 25th, and Santa Claus will be at both games. Games start at 7pm. Tickets are available at www.dahlstickets.com, by calling 564-8550 or at the arena box office.
