PHOENIX SUNS RECALL GANI LAWAL FROM IOWA
The Phoenix Suns have recalled rookie forward Gani Lawal from the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League. Originally assigned on Nov. 16, Lawal appeared in 10 games with the Energy, posting averages of 11.2 points and 6.0 rebounds in 20.2 minutes.

Tiny Gallon's 18 points led five Red Claws scoring in double figures, and Maine edged Idaho in overtime. Idaho's Lance Hurdle led all scorers with 31 points, while Luke Jackson added 23 points and Antoine Walker scored 15 points for the Stampede.
Rod Wilmont and Darnell Lazare each scored 21 points to lead Fort Wayne over Erie. Jeff Adrien led Erie with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Cedric Jackson added 10 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists for the BayHawks.
Zabian Dowdell's 19 points and nine assists helped lead Tulsa to the win over Iowa. The Energy's Curtis Stinson led all scorers with 24 points, while Kyle Weaver added 22 points and 10 rebounds for Iowa.
D.J. Strawberry led all scorers with 33 points, pacing Reno to a win over Austin. The Toros' Marcus Cousin had team highs in points (22) and rebounds (13).

26 players with NBA D-League experience competed in six NBA games last night, six as starters.
Detroit's Will Bynum had 21 points and nine assists in a win over New Orleans
Los Angeles' Shannon Brown had 14 points and Matt Barnes tallied 12 points and nine rebounds in a win over Toronto.
Toronto's Amir Johnson scored 14 points in the loss to the Lakers.
