Phoenix Rising FC ended its two-match California road trip with a tough 2-1 loss to Orange County Soccer Club. It's the first time the club has lost in Orange County since 2015.
WHAT TO KNOW
Forward Adam Jahn notched his third goal of the season.

Less than 30 minutes into the match, Orange County's Harry Forrester was taken down in the box and earned a penalty for his club after a foul committed by Rising midfielder Kevon Lambert. Orange County captain Aodhan Quinn buried the penalty kick to make it 1-0 and Orange County held that lead into the half.
In the 57th minute, Orange County doubled its lead when recently-subbed in Michael Seaton tapped in a loose ball on his first touch of the match making it 2-0.
Rising FC forward Adam Jahn helped to cut the lead in half in the 70th minute when he got to the end of a Jon Bakero free kick to make it 2-1. Phoenix would go on to control play the rest of the match but the equalizer would never come. (GOAL)
Phoenix Rising returns home to Casino Arizona Field on Friday, May 10th, for its first Copper State Friday night of the season.
