
Philadelphia Union's Next Home Game to be Dietz & Watson Dollar Dog Day

Chester Pa. (April 21, 2011) - Philadelphia Union's next home game vs. the San Jose Earthquakes will be Dietz & Watson Dollar Dog Day, the club announced today. Fans will be able to purchase up to four $1 hot dogs per concession stand trip, with no overall limit. The first place Union will host the Earthquakes April 30 at 4:00 p.m.
"Our fans have continued to be incredible this season so we wanted to reward them with a small token of our appreciation," said Union Executive Vice President Dave Rowan. "We're looking forward to another terrific atmosphere at PPL Park and hopefully a win to go with it."
The match vs. San Jose will also be Autism Awareness Night. Union players will be wearing blue shoe laces in support of the cause and the Autism Society of America Greater Philadelphia Chapter will be in attendance.
