Petes Edge Bulldogs in Extra Time on Teddy Bear Toss Night

(Peterborough, ON) - Petes fans tossed over 1,700 teddy bears, toques, mittens, and more when Adam Timleck scored the Teddy Bear Toss goal on route to a 4-3 overtime victory over the visiting Hamilton Bulldogs on Thursday night.

Timleck (9, 10) scored twice for the Petes before Liam Kirk (8) tallied the game-tying goal. Nick Robertson (9) scored 1:42 into extra time to seal the win.

Robertson added two assists on the night, as did Semyon Der-Arguchintsev. Brady Hinz, Pavel Gogolev, and Matt McNamara each recorded single assists.

Hunter Jones stopped 31 of 34 shots.

The Petes visit the Ottawa 67's on Sunday, December 9 at 2:05pm. They return to home ice on Thursday, December 13 at 7:05pm to host the Flint Firebirds for the only time this season.
