Petes Earn Tenth Road Win with 4-1 Victory in Kingston

(Peterborough, ON) - Brady Hinz had two goals and an assist and Declan Chisholm three assists in a 4-1 defeat of the Frontenacs in Kingston on Friday night, marking their tenth road win of the season. Peterborough's 2019-20 record improves to 13-5-0-0.

Hinz (7) opened scoring in the first period before Kingston tied the game early in the second period. Keegan McMullen (3) scored the game winner and his third goal in as many games. Hinz (8) and Semyon Der-Arguchintsev (4) added insurance markers.

Declan Chisholm registered three assists in his seventh multi-point game of the year, with Zach Gallant earning two assists. Hinz had a single assist for five points in two games against the Frontenacs this week.

Final shots were 35-26 in favour of the visiting Petes, with Tye Austin making 25 saves in his first win of the 2019-20 campaign.

Peterborough was 0/1 on the power play and a perfect 5/5 on the penalty kill. The Petes have allowed just 1 power play goal against on 19 chances over their last 5 games.

The Petes return home to host the Ottawa 67's this Sunday, November 10 at 2:05pm. The team will honour veterans and active military in a special pre-game ceremony, and there will be a free post-game skate for all fans with tickets to the game.
