Petes Barrage Battalion for 8-3 Victory

(Peterborough, ON) - The Petes fires a season-high 52 shots on net en route to an 8-3 barrage of the Battalion in North Bay on Sunday afternoon.

Nick Robertson (18, 19) and Cameron Butler (5, 6) scored two goals apiece, with Liam Kirk (10), Keegan McMullen (1), Brady Hinz (4), and Zach Gallant (6) contributing single markers.

Kirk, Hinz, and Jacob Paquette collected two assists each, while Gallant, Butler, Hudson Wilson, David Maier, Shawn Spearing, Michael Little, Semyon Der-Arguchintsev, Declan Chisholm, John Parker-Jones, and Max Grondin registered single helpers.

Final shots were 52-30 in favour of the Petes, with Hunter Jones earning his 11th win of the season with 27 saves.

The Petes were 2/5 on the power play and 4/4 on the penalty kill.

It's a quick turnaround for the maroon and white as they'll host the Kingston Frontenacs in a rare Tuesday home game on November 5 at 7:05pm for First Responders night.
