
Peterson earns Eskimo's first Player of the Month honours

(Edmonton) Eskimo star receiver Kamau Peterson has won the CFL Canadian Player of the Month for the month of August.
In three games in August, Peterson had 19 catches for 240 yards and four touchdowns. He had a touchdown in each game as the Eskimos went 2-1 for the month. Peterson, who is having the best season of his career with a total of 44 catches for 636 yards, leads all Eskimo receivers in both receptions and yards.
