Macon Trax News Release

[Macon, Ga.]—The Macon Trax have announced one of the most exciting new corporate partners of the 2003-2004 season. Perkins Photo has come aboard as the Trax's team photographer.

This new partnership has opened up a new way for fans to buy a keepsake of their favorite Trax players. All fans are invited to visit www.perkins-photo.com to view the available action shots.

The online store is now open for Trax fans to browse the photos of their favorite Trax players. The photographs are available in two sizes. A standard 8x10 print is $20 while the poster size will be sold for $35.

In addition to the Trax photographs, perkins-photo.com will also have selected shots from the visiting teams. Perkins Photo owner, David Perkins hopes all fans take advantage of the new partnership with the Trax.

"I hope this is just the start of a great partnership between our two companies," Perkins said. "I would like to emphasize that the quality of the photographs on the website are nowhere near the high quality the buyers receive when they order one of the pictures."

In addition to online sales, selected pictures will be for sale at all Trax home game. The merchandise stands will carry various pictures throughout the season. The Trax and Perkins Photo invite fans to email or call if they have specific requests for player photos.

"I am really excited we are adding merchandise options for our fans," Trax General Manager Joe Suk said. "I was really impressed with the quality of the samples Perkins Photo gave us and hope that the fans will jump on and appreciate this great opportunity."

After purchasing their favorite player's picture, the Trax will make it easy for those shots to be autographed. After most home games, Trax players are available for a Meet and Greet in the newly remodeled Centreplex lobby.

The Trax return to home ice for three more games next weekend. Friday is "Literacy Night" when the Barracudas come for a 7:35 pm puck drop. Saturday is "Military Night" as Jacksonville stays in town, for the same 7:35 pm game start. Sunday, the Trax complete the six-game home stand when Alabama comes calling. It is "Blowout Sunday" at the Centreplex where all upper deck seats are five dollars.
