
Penguins tickets go on sale Friday

WILKES-BARRE, PA - Tickets for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins' three preseason contests to be played at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza will go on sale this Friday, September 9, at 10:00 a.m.
The Penguins will host the Hershey Bears on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 5:05pm, the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday, Sept., 28 at 7:05pm and the Binghamton Senators on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 7:05pm. Ticket prices will be $30.75 for Yellow Zone seating, $20.75 for Red Zone seating, $18.75 for Gold Zone seating and $14.50 for Blue Zone seating.
Tickets will be available at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza box office, all local TicketMaster locations, via phone at (570) 693-4100 and on-line at www.ticketmaster.com. Regular box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
A reminder that tickets for the Pittsburgh Penguins' preseason contests between the Boston Bruins on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 7:05 p.m., and the Ottawa Senators on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 7:05pm are on sale now through the same outlets. Tickets for both games range from $22.00 to $38.00.
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins open their seventh season in the American Hockey League on October 5, when they host the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at 7:05pm. Season tickets and partial ticket plan packages are on sale now. Contact the Penguins at (570) 208-7367 for more information.
