Penguins Preseason Games to Air on WILK Newsradio

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, in conjunction with Entercom Radio, have announced that their three preseason games to open up the 2014-15 season will be aired on WILK Newsradio. The broadcasts can be heard on 103.1FM-WILK throughout the Wyoming Valley and will also be simulcast on 910AM-WBZU (Scranton), 980AM-WKZN (West Hazleton) and 930AM-WILK (Wilkes-Barre).

Fans can tune into the first exhibition match of the season on Wednesday, Oct. 1 when the Penguins battle the Utica Comets in at 7:05 p.m. The Penguins Pre-game Show begins a half hour before puck drop for all games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Play-by-Play Announcer Mike O'Brien providing the call.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton will face the Hershey Bears for a home-and-home set to wrap up the preseason schedule. The Penguins will host the Bears on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 7:05 p.m. before traveling down to Hershey on Sunday, Oct. 5 for a 5:00 p.m. face-off.

Individual tickets for all Penguins home games are on sale now and can be purchased at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com, through any Ticketmaster outlet, or by calling 800-745-3000.
