WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will be bringing high school hockey to the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza with the 2015 NEPA Toyota Dealers High School Hockey Showcase.

The Penguins will host three high school games at the arena following their own American Hockey League contests on Friday, January 2; Friday, January 9; and Friday, February 13.

The series will feature a trio of rivalries, as the Wyoming Valley West Spartans face off with the Back Mountain Blackhawks on January 2; the Pittston Area Patriots take on the Wyoming Area Warriors on January 9; and the Crestwood Comets battle the Holy Redeemer Royals on February 13.

The final two games of the series will be televised locally by MyNetwork TV.

Admission to the high school games is included in the cost of a ticket to the Penguins home game on each night (Penguins vs. Binghamton Senators on January 2; Penguins vs. Norfolk Admirals on January 9; Penguins vs. Portland Pirates on February 13). A ticket to the Penguins game must be purchased for admission to the corresponding high school game.

Tickets for these contests can be purchased for just $14 thanks to the Eyewitness News Fan Fridays promotion. All Friday night home games in the second half of the season will feature lower bowl end zone tickets for just $14, as well as special giveaways and promotions.

Tickets for all three games are available at the Mohegan Sun Arena box office, through the Penguins ticket offices located inside the Toyota SportsPlex in Wilkes-Barre (40 Coal Street), by calling 570-208-7367, or through wbspenguins.com.
