Pats-Wheat Kings Eastern Conference Semi-Final Dates Announced

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Western Hockey League, in conjunction with the Regina Pats and Brandon Wheat Kings, have announced the dates for the Eastern Conference-Semi Final series between the clubs.

The series opens in Brandon on Friday, April 10 followed by the second game on Saturday, April 11. The matchup shifts to Regina on Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15 for games three and four.

The Pats were the first team in the WHL to advance to the Conference Semi-Finals after a four game sweep of the Swift Current Broncos. The Blue and White put an exclamation point on their series win with a 4-0 victory in Swift Current Wednesday night.

Adam Brooks leads the Pats into the second round with six points (4G, 2A) in four games. Over-age forwards Patrick D'Amico and Braden Christoffer round out Regina's top three scorers with five points each. Daniel Wapple rolls into the series with a 1.96 GAA, 0.933 SV% and one shutout in four wins.

The Pats have also announced a fan bus to Brandon for game one of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. Tickets are $70 and available starting Monday at the Pats Office (306-522-7287).
