
Patroons Sign Former Bishop Gibbons Standout

Albany, NY (October 29, 2007) - The Albany Patroons are pleased to announce the signing of former Bishop Gibbons standout, Drew Skeeter.
Drew, a 6'4", guard is no stranger to the area as he transferred from Milwaukee, WI to Bishop Gibbons his senior year in high school. Drew attended Bishop Gibbons High School, where he played for Herb Crossman and averaged 20.1 points, 14.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists as a senior. He had the top scoring average in the conference as a senior and was named to the conference's all-star team.
Drew began his college career at Champlain College in Burlington, VT and he averaged 15.0 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.0 steals, and 2.0 assists per game. He was named NJCAA All-America Honorable Mention and was named First-Team All-Region. Drew completed his eligibility at Florida Atlantic University in 2006 under Head Coach Sidney Green.
