Patriotic Jersey Auction this Weekend

(Central Islip, N.Y.) - The Long Island Ducks today announced the launch of its annual Patriotic Jersey Auction. Fans will be able to bid on special jerseys worn by the players and coaches for each game of the July 1-3 three-game series against the York Revolution.
The jersey auction is currently underway. Fans can place their bids throughout the weekend, with the auction ending on Sunday, July 3, at 10:00 p.m. Bids will start at $75 and may be increased in any increment.
Those wishing to place their bids may do so via the LiveSource mobile app. Fans can download the app by searching "livesource" in the app store on their mobile device. Bidding may also be done online.
Net proceeds from the auction benefit the QuackerJack Foundation, the charitable arm of the Ducks. All donations are tax deductible. The QuackerJack Foundation has contributed to thousands of non-profit and like organizations each year while bringing awareness to worthy programs and causes in need of assistance on Long Island.
The Long Island Ducks are members of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, a Professional Partner League of Major League Baseball.
