
Palmu Named Becker Shoes Player of the Week

The Owen Sound Attack has named Finnish forward Petrus Palmu the Becker Shoes Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, February 21st, 2016.
Palmu had the hot hand last week and started in fine fashion last Wednesday when he notched two goals for the Attack in a 4-2 win over the Kitchener Rangers en route to a first star performance. The diminutive forward tallied another goal on Friday night in Guelph and followed that up with another first star performance on Saturday with a goal and two assists.
The 2014 CHL Import pick is 2nd amongst Attack skaters in points per game with .80 collecting 15 goals and 17 assists.
Palmu and the Attack is back in action Wednesday when they host the Niagara Ice Dogs. Game time is 7:00pm.
