Owen Sound Attack News Release

Last night's win by the Owen Sound Attack over the Barrie Colts (5-2) combined with Windsor Spitfire's loss to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds clinched a playoff spot for the Attack. Owen Sound has now won 4 games in a row.

The Attack now sits just 2 points behind the Sarnia Sting and 5 points behind the Guelph Storm in the Western Conference.

Even though a first round opponent and dates for games have not been confirmed as yet, playoff tickets for the first round will go on sale Saturday at the Bayshore Box Office at 12 noon. If the playoffs were to begin today the Attack would face the London Knights in the first round. Fans can catch a preview of that match up Saturday night at 7:30pm at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound. Single seats and standing room tickets are available at the box office Friday from 8:30am to 5pm and on Saturday from 12 noon to game time. Phone orders at 519-371-7452 or toll free 1-866-5ATTACK. On line orders at www.attackhockey.com.
