The Double A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, the Bowie Baysox, will come to Waterfront Park for a four game series starting Thursday, May 15. This short homestand is the only time Bowie will visit Waterfront Park this year. The series is PACKED with great promotions and giveaways so be sure to get here early!

TOUR THE YANKEE CLUB BEFORE HOME GAMES
The newly redesigned Yankee Club & Conference Center at Mercer County Waterfront Park is available for groups of 20-120 people for game nights as well as for business meetings and conferences during the day or on non-game days. The room, located on the 3rd Floor at the stadium, is home to a one-of-a-kind baseball memorabilia collection never seen before in Minor League Baseball. The items on display in the Yankee Club & Conference Center include an autographed Mickey Mantle uniform from his rookie season, Mantle's uniform when he played at Class AAA Kansas City and a 1932 Babe Ruth lithograph.
Any fan that would like a guided tour of the memoribilia collection can do so between 4:30 and 5:30 on the days of home games. If you have a ticket to that night's game the tour is free and if you don't than admission is a $2 donation to the Thunder's Grand Slam We Care Foundation. If you would like to view the Yankee Club memoribilia collection please stop by the Group Sales Window Number 2 to check in. Space is limited to 25 people per tour group. ANYONE CAN SEE A GAME FROM THE YANKEE CLUB The Yankee Club & Conference Center is usually reserved for groups but on May 27th the newly redesigned room will be open to individuals. Game time is 7:05 with an hour and a half all-you-can-eat buffet beginning at 6:30. Ticket prices are $18 for season ticket holders, $33 for adults and $29 for children age 5-12. Come out and see Barry Halper's famous collection of baseball memoribilia. Call (609)394-3300 or stop by the Thunder ticket office today.
THANKS FOR HELPING BREAK THE RECORD
The Thunder set the franchise record for attendance at Waterfront Park on Saturday as 8,729 fans watched the Thunder vs. the New Haven Ravens.
Saturday's attendance was the highest total in Waterfront Park history, passing the Boston Red Sox vs. Thunder exhibition game on May 27, 1998 (8,602). The attendance totals for the five games with New York Yankee Derek Jeter on rehab assignment are each in the franchise top ten highest attendances.
"This just shows that we have the best fans in all of baseball, they've been coming here consistently for years and we appreciate their support," said Thunder General Manger Rick Brenner. "After all, at the end of the day we are all here because the fans choose to spend their time with us."
TAKE ME HOME
After winning five straight home games including a sweep of the New Haven Ravens, the Thunder left New Jersey for a three day, five game trip to Portland to face the Sea Dogs. The Thunder's road troubles continued (3-10 on the road through May 13) as they split a doubleheader on Monday and were swept in a twin bill on Tuesday. The Thunder are 14-7 at Waterfront Park this season and are batting .290 as a team when playing along the banks of the Delaware. Thunder 3B Brian Myrow has not been affected by the location of the games as he is currently leading the Eastern League in RBI (35) and is tied for the EL lead with 8 home runs.
