Ontario Reign Announce Roster Moves

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Kings, NHL affiliate of the Ontario Reign, have recalled defenseman Kurtis MacDermid from Ontario.

The 24-year-old MacDermid (born March 25, 1994) is a 6-5, 233-pound native of Sauble Beach, Ontario who has appeared in 48 games this season with the Reign, posting 14 points (5-9=14), a plus-8 rating and a league-leading 147 penalty minutes. He made his NHL debut with the Kings last season, posting four points (1-3=4) and 57 penalty minutes in 34 games.

Additionally, the Kings have assigned forwards Mike Amadio, Matt Luff and Matheson Iacopelli to Ontario.
