ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Clippers (2-3) drop the tail-end of a back-to-back, falling to the South Bay Lakers (3-2), 120-115, on Monday night in El Segundo.

The Clippers were led by Jordan Miller, who recorded a game high 25 points, on 7-of-19 shooting from the field, to go along with 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Joshua Primo followed closely with 24 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in the loss. Joey Hauser recorded Ontario's lone double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds on the night.

Colin Castleton, Jalen Hood-Schifino, and Shaquille Harrison each recorded 20 points to lead South Bay in the scoring column. Castleton added a game-high 16 rebounds to secure the double-double. Louis King and Quinndary Weatherspoon added 18 points apiece for the Lakers.

The Clippers got off to a hot start, shooting 50 percent to take a 13-point advantage after the opening frame. The roles reversed in the second quarter, as South Bay outscored Ontario 35-23 on 50 percent shooting to cut the deficit to 1 at halftime. The third quarter was neck-and-neck, with the Lakers coming out on top to lead by a single point heading into the final quarter. After some back-and-forth in the fourth, South Bay would ultimately extend their lead to as much as 9 in the final seconds to hold off Ontario and secure the victory.
