
OL Reign Acquire Partial Roster Protection and Allocation Money from Angel City FC

TACOMA, WA - OL Reign today announced that it has traded the 36th overall draft pick in the 2022 NWSL Draft to Angel City FC. In return, Angel City FC has paid OL Reign $25,000 in allocation money and has agreed to not select a forward from OL Reign's list of unprotected players in the 2022 NWSL Expansion Draft.
OL Reign holds six picks in the 2022 NWSL Draft, including the 10th, 15th, and 20th overall selections. The 2022 NWSL Expansion Draft will be held on Thursday, December 16, and the 2022 NWSL Draft will be held on Saturday, December 18.
