
Oilers Hosting Ice Tonight

TULSA, OK- The Tulsa Oilers of the Central Hockey League will be back in action tonight at 7:05 when they host the Indianapolis Ice tonight at the Tulsa Convention Center. Tonight will mark the fifth meeting of the season between the Oilers (20-5-0) and the Ice (11-7-5). With a CHL-best 40 points, Tulsa sits atop the Northwest Division standings, while the Ice are currently in second place in the Northeast Division with 27 points. Both teams have won two games in the season's series this year. Tulsa took the first two games, while the Ice swept the Oilers on December 6th and 7th in Indianapolis.
Tulsa will continue their five-game home stand this weekend when they host the Oklahoma City Blazers on Friday night at 7:35 and the Wichita Thunder on Saturday night at 7:35. Friday's game with the Blazers will be televised live on Cox Cable Channel 9 in Tulsa as part of the Oklahoma Ford Turnpike Series.
