
Oil Kings Call up Schaufler from Spruce Grove Saints

The Edmonton Oil Kings have called up 2000-born defenceman Loeden Schaufler from the Spruce Grove Saints (AJHL), the Club announced on Friday.
The 19-year-old from De Winton, AB has dressed in 16 games with the Saints this season, registering five goals and four assists for nine points.
He spent the 2018-19 campaign split between the Prince Albert Raiders (2A in 16 GP), and Seattle Thunderbirds (2A in 20 GP), along with a single game with the Kootenay ICE.
"The Oil Kings are excited to have Loeden join our group," said Oil Kings President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Kirt Hill. "He has a lot of Western Hockey League experience and has had a very good start to the season with Spruce Grove."
