There is an abundance of talent and depth across the squad, along with players with versatility that can compete for a number of positions in our tactical blueprint. As a technical staff we have built a squad that has competition and coverage in every position, along with some exciting energy that we are renowned for. We have some quality players returning from injury to factor in also, along with some interesting prospects on trial that could offer us some good defensive depth". - Tommy Wheeldon Jr. (Head Coach & General Manager, Cavalry FC).

Cavalry FC will complete three weeks of pre-season training in Calgary prior to departing for Mexico for additional training from March 24 until April 2, 2020. This 10-day training camp will include 3 games against Mexican professional teams.

"This is a great opportunity for us to break away from the winter conditions here and bond together as a team, facing some top quality Mexican teams in testing conditions to play. The training venue we have in Monterrey is first class and affords us the chance to work behind closed doors as we build towards the 2020 campaign". - Tommy Wheeldon Jr.
