OF Lamar Sparks Activated off Injured List Prior to Shuckers' First-Half Finale

BILOXI, MS - The Biloxi Shuckers and Milwaukee Brewers have announced that OF Lamar Sparks has been activated off the 7-Day Injured List and the Major League rehab assignment of RHP Jason Alexander has been transferred to Triple-A Nashville.

Sparks, who was placed on the Injured List on June 17, has appeared in 32 games with Biloxi this year. He enters today with a .336 on-base percentage and eight stolen bases.

The active roster stands at 28 players.
