
OC Blues Announce Return of Standout Midfielder Didier Crettenand

IRVINE, Calif. - Orange County Blues FC is thrilled to announce the return of standout midfielder Didier Crettenand for the 2016 season.
"I'm very happy to be coming back to Orange County," said Crettenand. "I'm excited to keep working with the technical staff and to improve upon the success we had as a team last season."
Originally from Martigny, Switzerland, Crettenand made an immediate impact for the club in his first season. The midfielder tallied 7 goals and 3 assists, and was tied for most points on the team with 17. Crettenand was also named to the USL Team of the Week for Week 6 of the 2015 season.
"We are pleased to have Didier back with the OC Blues FC as his vast experience and quality on the ball, especially in the final third, are big assets for our team," said head coach and general manager Oliver Wyss.
Crettenand led the team in game winning goals with 4 for the 2015 season. His creativity in the midfield and his ability to score decisive goals were key to the OC Blues finishing the regular season in first place of the USL Western Conference.2016 Season Memberships and individual game tickets are now available.
