Niagara IceDogs News Release
The IceDogs fell short in the battle of the dogs today, losing to Hamilton 4-1.
Despite some good chances from Niagara in the first period it was the Bulldogs who were first on the board in this one. Hamilton took a one goal lead into the first intermission.
Hamilton extended their lead by two goals in the second.
Johnny Corneil scored his 19th of the season on a goal from Graham Knott and Josh Ho-Sang in the final 20 minutes. It was too little too late for the IceDogs though as the game concluded with a 4-1 win for the Bulldogs.
