Northern League Suspensions and Fines Announced

CHICAGO - The Northern League of Professional Baseball has announced the following disciplinary measures against members of the Calgary Vipers and the Edmonton Cracker-Cats, as a result of the incident that took place in the game between the two clubs on Tuesday, June 13. N.L. Vice-President of Operations Garrett Gosselink made the announcement.
Calgary manager Mike Busch is suspended for 8 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through June 26. Busch has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Calgary OF Josh Carter is suspended for 5 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through June 22. Carter has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Calgary IF Carlos Duncan is suspended for 5 games. The suspension will be served from June 23 through June 27. Duncan has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Calgary RHP Javier Ortiz is suspended for 12 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through June 26. Ortiz has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Edmonton manager Terry Bevington is suspended for 8 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through June 26. Bevington has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Edmonton IF Stubby Clapp is suspended for 3 games. The suspension will be served from June 19 through June 21. Clapp has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Edmonton RHP J.P. Fauske is suspended for 12 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through June 30. Fauske has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Edmonton IF Greg Morrison is suspended for 3 games. The suspension will be served from June 23 through June 25. Morrison has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
Edmonton RHP Reggie Rivard is suspended for 20 games. The suspension will be served from June 18 through July 9. Rivard has also been fined an undisclosed amount.
