Of the 22 North All-Stars (including Brown), nine are from Fargo-Moorhead, five (including Brown) are from St. Paul, three each are from Sioux Falls and Winnipeg, and two come from Sioux City. The South's 21-man roster includes seven players from Schaumburg, six each from Joliet and Lincoln, and one representative each from Gary and Kansas City.

Returning All-Stars from 2003 are Chavez, Delgado, Hall, Hyde, Luque, Scalabrini, and Woodman, who played for the East team and Mathis, Patton, and Rodrigues from last year's West All-Stars.
