Norfolk Admirals announce training camp schedule

NORFOLK, VA – Today, the Norfolk Admirals announced their preliminary training camp schedule for the 2004-05 campaign. Players will report for the start of training camp this Thursday, September 30 at 6:00 a.m. for physicals.

The following is a list of training camp dates and times for Week 1 at Norfolk Scope.

Thursday, September 30 - 1:00 p.m. All players (optional skate)
Friday, October 1 - 9:30-10:30 a.m. Group 1
10:45-11:45 a.m. Group 2
2:00-3:00 p.m. Groups 1 & 2
Saturday, October 2 - 9:30-10:30 a.m. Group 2
10:45-11:45 a.m. Group 1
2:00-3:00 p.m. Groups 1 & 2
Sunday, October 3 - 9:30-10:30 a.m. Group 1
10:45-11:45 a.m. Group 2
2:00-3:00 p.m. Groups 1 & 2
Monday, October 4 - 9:30-10:30 a.m. Group 2
10:45-11:45 a.m. Group 1
2:00-3:00 p.m. Groups 1 & 2
Tuesday, October 5 - 9:30-10:30 a.m. Group 1

Practice sessions as well as the Red & White scrimmage are free and open to the public. Times for practices are subject to change without prior notice.
