New York Red Bulls II Sign Vincent Bezecourt

HARRISON, N.J. - New York Red Bulls II has signed midfielder Vincent Bezecourt, the club announced today.

Bezecourt, a native of Aire sur l'Adour, France, played two years of college soccer at St. Francis Brooklyn. As a senior, the midfielder started all 18 games and totaled seven goals and three assists. In December 2015, he was named to the NSCAA All-American Third Team for his successful senior season.

In his junior year, he played 20 games and recorded three goals, including two game-winners, and six assists. His six assists were tied for second in the NEC. Bezecourt was named to the NSCAA All-Northeast Region Team and the All-Second Team in the Northeast Conference.

Prior to college, Bezecourt participated in the 2013 Universiade in Kazan, Russia, and scored two goals for France en route to winning the Gold medal. The midfielder attended Lycee Fernand Daguin high school in Merignac, France.

Bezecourt spent five weeks with the first team during preseason this year and played in five games, including one start against University of South Florida. He scored a goal against Montreal Impact in the team's Feb. 4 5-0 win. The midfielder also served as a substitute in NYRB II's preseason friendly on March 11 versus Bethlehem Steel FC.
