New York Liberty Sign Brooklyn Legend Epiphanny Prince to Training Camp Contract

NEW YORK - The New York Liberty has signed 13-year veteran, Epiphanny Prince, to a training camp contract.

Prince, 35, returns to New York after three years with the Storm where she helped Seattle capture the 2020 WNBA Championship. Prior to Seattle, Epiphanny spent a season in Las Vegas (2019), four in New York (2015-2018), and five seasons in Chicago (2010-2014) where she was drafted No. 4 overall from Rutgers.

The Brooklyn native has appeared in 305 games across her 13 WNBA seasons where she made a total of 171 starts and amassed career averages of 11.0 points, 2.6 assists, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game while knocking down 40.6% from the field, 37.7% from three, and 86.4% at the free throw line. Epiphanny earned two All-Star selections (2011, 2013), the 2017 AP Comeback Player of the Year, a spot on the 2015 All-WNBA Second Team, as well as the 2010 All-Rookie Team.
