New York Hosts Chicago Fire FC at Red Bull Arena on Saturday Night

The New York Red Bulls (8-12-10, 34 pts.) will host Chicago Fire FC (8-12-10, 34 pts.) on Saturday, September 30 at Red Bull Arena. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and New York Red Bulls Radio in English via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app, and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

Coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish begins at 7:30 p.m. ET. Chris Wittyngham will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Lori Lindsey on the English side, Oscar Salazar will have the play-by-play responsibilities alongside Miguel Gallardo on the Spanish broadcast. New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 7 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley.

This will be the 67th overall regular season meeting between New York and Chicago with the Fire holding the advantage in the series with a 21-30-15 mark. The Red Bulls are unbeaten in their last three matches against Chicago and have posted a 4-1-2 mark in their last six home matches across all competitions. The Fire are winless in their last nine matches across all competitions as they sit in 11th place in the Eastern Conference.

The Red Bulls won their last match on Saturday, September 23 in a 5-3 victory over D.C. United, this was the most goals New York have scored in a match since July 19, 2017, against San Jose Earthquakes. Defender John Tolkin recorded his fifth MLS assist of the season in the match, which is a new career-high for him in a single season. He has registered seven across all competitions, which leads the team. Tolkin also scored his second MLS goal of the season in the match.

Following Saturday's match, New York will travel to Ohio to face off against FC Cincinnati on Wednesday, October 4. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET with coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV and New York Red Bulls Radio in English via TuneIn, NewYorkRedBulls.com, and the New York Red Bulls app.
