Halifax Mooseheads News Release
In the 2015 QMJHL playoffs, the Mooseheads rocked the sports entertainment business with the release of their now infamous on-ice projection. The video of the production quickly went viral with more than 500,000 views online and was featured and mentioned in several prominent publications across the globe including Bleacher Report, Huffington Post, The Hockey News, Sports Illustrated as well as the New York Times, among others. Close to 100 sports organizations, ranging from the NHL and NBA to NCAA teams, contacted the Mooseheads inquiring about this projection and how it was accomplished.
This weekend the Mooseheads have teamed up with Buoy Marketing + Production and Freeman Audiovisual to produce another on-ice projection for this weekend only when the Herd hosts the Rimouski Oceanic Friday and the Gatineau Olympiques on Saturday.
